My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was good, close to some attractions, and the room had reliable Wi-Fi, which is essential for women travelers like me. However, having others in the room was a bit intrusive, and I wished for more privacy.

The hotel offers a cozy stay with plenty of storage space in the rooms, along with a nice, spacious bathroom with hot water. It was very clean and well-maintained. The service was top-notch and very helpful, even arranging affordable transfers to and from Boryspil airport. The location is fantastic, right in the city center and close to the underground for easy exploration. However, I did miss the doorway in the dark initially. The dining experience is not specified, but the hotel is near Golden Gate, St Sophia, and some metro stations. The facilities provided are excellent.

I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is superb, right in the center of Kiev, close to public transport, and yet on a quiet, safe street. However, the rooms being on the 2nd floor can be a hassle if you have heavy suitcases, and the cold temperature inside was a bit uncomfortable. The friendly service made up for some language barriers, and the dining experience left a little to be desired. The facilities were decent but lacked a few key elements.
